Calvados Daiquiri
A daiquiri template applied to Calvados, French apple brandy, in place of rum. The result is a crisp, fruit-forward sour with an autumnal apple character in place of the rum's tropical notes.
Ingredients
- 2 ozCalvados
- ¾ ozlime juice
- ½ ozsimple syrup
- ¼ ozapple brandy
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
