Cucumber Margarita
A refreshing margarita variation with muddled fresh cucumber adding a cool, vegetal freshness to the classic tequila-lime-orange formula. Popular at brunch and summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 oztequila
- 1 ozlime juice
- ¾ ozorange liqueur
- ¼ ozagave
- garnishcucumber slice and/or salt
Steps
- 1.Muddle the fresh ingredients firmly in the bottom of the shaker.
- 2.Add remaining ingredients and fill with ice.
- 3.Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Double-strain into a chilled glass.
