Fernet and Soda
A digestif highball that has become a beloved post-meal ritual in Argentina, where Fernet-Branca is consumed per capita more than anywhere else outside Italy. The intensely herbal, menthol-forward spirit and soda water create a refreshing and deeply bitter long drink.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozFernet-Branca
- 4 ozsoda water
- garnishmint and/or lime wedge
Steps
- 1.Add ice to the glass.
- 2.Pour in ingredients one at a time in the order listed.
- 3.Stir gently to combine.
