Rum Collins
A rum-powered cousin to the Tom Collins where light rum joins lemon and sugar in a tall soda build, served over ice with lemon and a cherry for sunny porch-sipping ease.
Ingredients
- 2 ozlight rum
- 1 ozlemon juice
- ¾ ozsimple syrup
- 2 ozsoda water
- garnishlemon slice and/or Luxardo cherry
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
