Russian Spring Punch
Dick Bradsell's 1980s London creation shakes vodka with lemon, crème de cassis, and simple syrup before a Champagne top, yielding a berry-stained, sparkling long drink that drinks like spring in a flute.
Ingredients
- 1 ozvodka
- 1 ozlemon juice
- ½ ozcrème de cassis
- ½ ozsimple syrup
- 3 ozchampagne
- garnishfresh raspberries and/or lemon slice
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
