The Tom Collins's cleaner vodka cousin -- neutral spirit, fresh lemon, sugar, and soda for a simple, refreshing Collins.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozvodka
- 1 ozlemon juice
- ½ ozsimple syrup
- 3 ozsoda water
- garnishlemon slice and/or Luxardo cherry
Steps
- 1.Add ice to the glass.
- 2.Pour in ingredients one at a time in the order listed.
