Genever

A Dutch and Belgian juniper-flavored spirit and the historical precursor to gin. Made with a malty grain base called moutwijn, it has a richer, more whisky-like body than London Dry gin. It is the base spirit in the Genever Collins and Gin Fizz in its original form.
