A lunchtime favorite of the Round Table set, this three-part stir of rye, dry vermouth, and pineapple juice is surprisingly dry and grainy with a tropical fruit lift.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozrye whiskey
- ¾ ozdry vermouth
- ¾ ozpineapple juice
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
