Dick Bradsell's 1980s London gin sour drizzled with crème de mûre so it bleeds purple through crushed ice, drinking like a tart, jammy English hedgerow in a glass.
Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- 1 ozlemon juice
- ½ ozsimple syrup
- ½ ozcrème de mûre
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
