A Prohibition-era three-ingredient classic where light rum is softened by honey syrup and brightened with lemon for a rounded, golden little sour.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozlight rum
- ½ ozhoney syrup
- ½ ozlemon juice
- garnishlemon twist
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
