A smoky riff on the whiskey-Negroni cousin, swapping bourbon for mezcal so Campari's bitterness and sweet vermouth's richness ride on a wave of agave smoke and orange oil.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozmezcal
- 1 ozsweet vermouth
- 1 ozCampari
- garnishorange peel
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- 2.Fill with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
