Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozaged rum
- ¾ ozlime juice
- ¾ ozsimple syrup
- 2Angostura bitters
- 2 ozchampagne
- garnishmint
Steps
- 1.Muddle the fresh ingredients firmly in the bottom of the shaker.
- 2.Add remaining ingredients and fill with ice.
- 3.Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Double-strain into a chilled glass.
