Barry Cocktail
A Savoy classic spirit-forward stirred rye cocktail with sweet vermouth, a rinse of absinthe, and Angostura bitters.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozrye whiskey
- ¾ ozsweet vermouth
- ¼ ozabsinthe
- 2Angostura bitters
- garnishlemon twist
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- 2.Fill with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
