Bourbon Penicillin
Sam Ross's Penicillin reworked with bourbon -- the honey-ginger-lemon formula works beautifully without the Scotch, warmer and less peaty.
Ingredients
- 2 ozbourbon
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ½ ozhoney syrup
- ¼ ozginger syrup
- garnishlemon slice
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
