A late-90s San Francisco original from the Starlight Room, this spiced rum sidecar rolls vanilla-and-clove warmth across a cinnamon-sugared rim with bright lemon and orange liqueur.
Ingredients
- 2 ozspiced rum
- ¾ ozorange liqueur
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- garnishsugar rim
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
