A Prohibition-era equal-parts gin cocktail with dry vermouth and green creme de menthe named for the legendary tenor Enrico Caruso.
Ingredients
- 1 ozgin
- 1 ozdry vermouth
- 1 ozgreen crème de menthe
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- 2.Fill with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
