A Cuban classic from Charles H. Baker where light rum is perfumed with yellow Chartreuse, lime, and mint for a floral, herbaceous tropical sour.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozlight rum
- ½ ozyellow Chartreuse
- ¾ ozlime juice
- ½ ozsimple syrup
- garnishmint
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
