A Scottish cousin to the Dry Martini where Scotch whisky stirs with dry vermouth and orange bitters, coming out malty, bone-dry, and whisper-thin with a lemon lift.
Ingredients
- 2 ozScotch whisky
- 1 ozdry vermouth
- 2orange bitters
- garnishlemon twist
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- 2.Fill with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
