A turn-of-the-century gin and sweet vermouth stirred drink lifted by Cherry Heering and orange bitters, landing bittersweet and cherry-tinged with a martini's backbone.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozgin
- ¾ ozsweet vermouth
- ¾ ozCherry Heering
- 1orange bitters
- garnishorange peel
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- 2.Fill with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
