Gin and French
The simplest of the classic gin-vermouth riffs — gin and French dry vermouth in a generous 2:1 ratio, stirred cold and served with a lemon twist for a bracing, herbaceous aperitif.
Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- 1 ozdry vermouth
- garnishlemon twist
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- 2.Fill with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
