Gin Crusta
Joseph Santini's New Orleans Crusta format applied to London dry gin -- sugar rim, maraschino, and a long spiral lemon peel garnish.
Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- ½ ozmaraschino liqueur
- ¼ ozorange liqueur
- ½ ozlemon juice
- 2Angostura bitters
- garnishsugar rim and/or lemon peel
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
