Rum Daisy
The rum rendition of the daisy, blending light rum with lime, orange liqueur, and grenadine over crushed ice and finished with soda for a tart, softly fruity cooler.
Ingredients
- 2 ozlight rum
- ¾ ozlime juice
- ½ ozorange liqueur
- ¼ ozgrenadine
- 1 ozsoda water
- garnishlime wedge
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
