Spiced Rum Flip
Spiced rum's warm vanilla and clove notes in the Flip format -- whole egg and demerara create a warming, creamy winter sipper.
Ingredients
- 2 ozspiced rum
- 1whole egg
- ½ ozdemerara syrup
- garnishnutmeg
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- 2.Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.
- 3.Add ice and shake again for another 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Strain into a chilled glass.
