A 1930s gin sour brightened with Lillet Blanc and an unexpected whisper of white crème de cacao, whose chocolate note ghosts through lemon in a surprisingly elegant way.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozgin
- ¾ ozLillet Blanc
- ½ ozwhite crème de cacao
- ¾ ozlemon juice
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
