Bacardi Cocktail
A pink-hued Havana classic so protective of its name that a 1936 court ruling required genuine Bacardí rum, shaken with lime and grenadine into a tart, rose-colored daiquiri cousin.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozlight rum
- 1 ozlime juice
- ½ ozgrenadine
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
