Bamboo 50/50
The 1886 Bamboo Cocktail in its strictest 50/50 form -- fino sherry and dry vermouth with two kinds of bitters, a low-ABV Martini ancestor.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozfino sherry
- 1 ½ ozdry vermouth
- 2orange bitters
- 1Angostura bitters
- garnishlemon twist
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- 2.Fill with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
