A gin sour charged with honey syrup and fresh jalapeño, landing sweet and floral up front before a warming chili kick lingers on the finish.
Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ¾ ozhoney syrup
- garnishjalapeño slice
Steps
- 1.Muddle the fresh ingredients firmly in the bottom of the shaker.
- 2.Add remaining ingredients and fill with ice.
- 3.Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Double-strain into a chilled glass.
