Kentucky Buck

A bourbon buck with muddled fresh raspberries and a sprinkling of Angostura bitters, created by Erick Castro at Rickhouse in San Francisco. The berry and ginger combination makes this a standout in the buck family.

Steps

  1. 1.Muddle the fresh ingredients firmly in the bottom of the shaker.
  2. 2.Add remaining ingredients and fill with ice.
  3. 3.Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
  4. 4.Double-strain into a chilled glass.
