A tequila-based Negroni variation popularized by Gary Regan, stirring blanco tequila with Campari, both vermouths, and a dash of Angostura for a rose-tinted, bittersweet aperitivo.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oztequila
- ½ ozsweet vermouth
- ½ ozdry vermouth
- ½ ozCampari
- 1Angostura bitters
- garnishorange peel
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- 2.Fill with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
