Maiden's Blush
A pink 19th-century gin sour tinted with grenadine and orange liqueur, tart-sweet and rosy-cheeked with a light pomegranate-berry finish.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozgin
- ¾ ozorange liqueur
- ¼ ozgrenadine
- ½ ozlemon juice
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
