The Raffles Hotel's turn-of-the-century tall drink layers gin with Cherry Heering, Bénédictine, orange liqueur, pineapple, and lime into a rich, herbal, tropically-tinted pink sipper.

Steps

  1. 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
  3. 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
