The equal-parts Paper Plane formula reworked with mezcal -- smoke and agave add a dramatic new dimension to the Aperol-Amaro-citrus framework.

- ¾ ozAperol
- ¾ ozAmaro
- ¾ ozlemon juice
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
