A smoke-kissed take on the whiskey sour, swapping in mezcal and agave for a frothy, campfire-scented drink where lemon and egg white soften the embers.
Ingredients
- 2 ozmezcal
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ½ ozagave
- 1egg white
- garnishorange peel
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- 2.Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.
- 3.Add ice and shake again for another 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Strain into a chilled glass.
