A berry-forward take on the Havana highball where muddled mint, light rum, and lime meet sweet raspberry syrup and soda, giving the classic mojito a jammy, rose-tinted lift.
Ingredients
- 2 ozlight rum
- ¾ ozlime juice
- ¾ ozraspberry syrup
- 2 ozsoda water

Steps
- 1.Add the fresh ingredients to the bottom of the glass or shaker and muddle firmly.
- 2.Add the remaining ingredients and ice.
- 3.Stir gently to combine and serve.
