Silver Fizz
A gin fizz with egg white shaken in for cloud-like texture, finished with soda so the lemon-sugar sourness rises on a cool, foamy effervescence.
Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ½ ozsimple syrup
- 1egg white
- 2 ozsoda water
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- 2.Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.
- 3.Add ice and shake again for another 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Strain into a chilled glass.
