Watermelon Mojito
A refreshing summer variation on the Mojito featuring fresh watermelon juice alongside the classic mint, rum, and lime framework. The watermelon adds a juicy sweetness and vivid pink color that makes this an ideal warm-weather crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 2 ozlight rum
- 2 ozwatermelon juice
- ¾ ozlime juice
- ½ ozsimple syrup
- 2 ozsoda water
- garnishmint and/or lime wedge
Steps
- 1.Muddle the fresh ingredients firmly in the bottom of the shaker.
- 2.Add remaining ingredients and fill with ice.
- 3.Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Double-strain into a chilled glass.
