The rum version of the Collins family, substituting lime juice for lemon to complement rum's tropical character. Light, effervescent, and cooling — it is to rum what the Tom Collins is to gin.
Ingredients
- 2 ozlight rum
- 1 ozlime juice
- ¾ ozsimple syrup
- 3 ozsoda water
- garnishlime wedge
Steps
- 1.Add ice to the glass.
