A Jazz Age curio named for Valentino's bullfighting film, equal parts Scotch, sweet vermouth, Cherry Heering, and orange juice for a plush, fruit-and-smoke swirl.
Ingredients
- ¾ ozScotch whisky
- ¾ ozsweet vermouth
- ¾ ozCherry Heering
- ¾ ozorange juice
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
