Golden Fizz
The yolk variation of the classic gin fizz family — egg yolk in place of white gives the Golden Fizz its name and a richer, velvety texture alongside the gin, lemon, and soda.
Ingredients
- 2 ozgin
- 1 ozlemon juice
- ¾ ozsimple syrup
- 1egg yolk
- 2 ozsoda water
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- 2.Seal and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.
- 3.Add ice and shake again for another 10–15 seconds.
- 4.Strain into a chilled glass.
