Queen's Park Swizzle
A Trinidadian classic from the Queen's Park Hotel where dark rum is swizzled with lime, demerara, and mint over crushed ice, then crowned with a dark float of Angostura bitters.
Ingredients
- 2 ozdark rum
- ¾ ozlime juice
- ½ ozdemerara syrup
- 2Angostura bitters

Steps
- 1.Build ingredients directly in the glass over crushed ice.
- 2.Insert a swizzle stick and rotate rapidly between your palms to mix and chill.
- 3.Top with additional crushed ice and garnish.
