A classic Brazilian stirred cocktail — its name means rooster's tail — pairing grassy cachaça with sweet vermouth and earthy Cynar for a bittersweet, artichoke-tinged short drink.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozcachaça
- 1 ozsweet vermouth
- ½ ozCynar
- 2Angostura bitters
- garnishorange peel
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- 2.Fill with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
