Tropical Rum Fix
A tropical variation on the classic Fix -- aged rum with pineapple, lime, and honey built over crushed ice with fresh mint.
Ingredients
- 2 ozaged rum
- 1 ozpineapple juice
- ½ ozlime juice
- ¼ ozhoney syrup
- garnishmint and/or lime wedge
Steps
- 1.Add ice to the glass.
- 2.Pour in ingredients one at a time in the order listed.
- 3.Stir gently to combine.
