A Havana hotel-bar classic from the 1930s marrying aged rum with apricot brandy, pineapple, and lime for a soft, stone-fruit-kissed tropical sour.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozaged rum
- ½ ozapricot brandy
- 1 ozpineapple juice
- ½ ozlime juice
- ¼ ozsimple syrup
- garnishpineapple wedge
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
