A Don the Beachcomber classic combining aged rum with Chartreuse, white cacao, pineapple, and lime for an herbal tropical depth.
Ingredients
- 2 ozaged rum
- ½ ozlime juice
- ½ ozpineapple juice
- ½ ozgreen Chartreuse
- ¼ ozwhite crème de cacao
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
