A 1960s Italian disco-era cocktail pairing aged rum and vanilla-forward Galliano with pineapple, lime, and Prosecco for a fizzy, sun-bleached tropical long drink.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozaged rum
- ½ ozGalliano
- 2 ozpineapple juice
- ½ ozlime juice
- 1 ½ ozprosecco
- garnishpineapple wedge
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
