Bahia Cocktail
A Brazilian tropical classic — a miniature Piña Colada dressed up with a dash of dry vermouth, which cuts through the cream and pineapple with unexpected herbal acidity, producing a cocktail at once familiar and surprising.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozlight rum
- 1 ½ ozpineapple juice
- ½ ozcoconut cream
- ¼ ozdry vermouth
- garnishpineapple wedge
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
