The blended version of the original Puerto Rican pool-side classic — rum, coconut cream, and pineapple whirred with ice into a thick, frosty, tropical slush that has been cooling down summer days since 1954 at San Juan's Caribe Hilton.
Ingredients
- 2 ozlight rum
- 1 ½ ozcoconut cream
- 3 ozpineapple juice
- garnishpineapple wedge
Steps
- 1.Add all ingredients and ice to a blender.
- 2.Blend on high until smooth and uniform.
- 3.Pour into a chilled glass.
