A Victorian after-dinner classic whipping whole egg yolk with brandy and sugar, dusted with nutmeg, for a custardy, warmly spiced dessert-in-a-glass.

- ½ ozsimple syrup
- 1egg yolk

Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
