Fog Cutter
A notoriously strong Trader Vic's tiki build layering rum, brandy, and gin over orange, lemon, and orgeat, finished with a sherry float that adds nutty depth to the haze.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozlight rum
- ½ ozbrandy
- ½ ozgin
- 2 ozorange juice
- 1 ozlemon juice
- ½ ozorgeat syrup
- ½ ozAmontillado sherry
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
