Fog Cutter Original
Trader Vic's 1945 three-spirit tiki punch -- rum, brandy, and gin with orgeat, citrus, and a sherry float. The Fog Cutter cuts through any haze.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozlight rum
- ½ ozbrandy
- ½ ozgin
- ½ ozorgeat syrup
- 1 ozorange juice
- 1 ozlemon juice
- ½ ozfino sherry
- garnishmint and/or orange slice
Steps
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2.Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 3.Strain into a chilled glass.
